Unprofessional Hiring Process at Whatfix First Round: A Smooth Start The first round interview included: Basic DOM manipulation task An easy problem-solving question Some basic JavaScript questions Questions about the company and the role The interviewer was knowledgeable and professional He even wished me "All the best for the next rounds." The interview went really, really well Whatfix was my dream company, and I was excited about the opportunity HR Ghosting & Delays (3 Weeks of Silence) After the first round, HR Ashwini Basavaraj completely stopped responding for 3 weeks After three weeks of silence, she suddenly messaged me to schedule the next round within the same week But then, the round was rescheduled THREE times One reschedule even happened 5 minutes into the scheduled interview time! Second Round: A Complete Mess (After 45 Days!) 45 days after the first round, the second round finally happened Even on the day of the interview, HR called me 10 minutes before and said: "The interviewer may not be available today because he is out of office." This same interviewer had been the one rescheduling my interview multiple times Meanwhile, he had also viewed my LinkedIn profile 4–5 times – for what reason? A Disorganized & Pointless Panel Interview Instead of the original interviewer, a panel of three people took the interview HR was messaging me DURING the interview, telling me who was taking it Out of the three panelists, one was completely silent throughout The other two only gave a one-line intro, saying they were Senior Solutions Engineers at Whatfix They asked the exact same questions as the first round! I gave the same answers and was confident I did well Final Blow: HR Ghosting Again & Rejection HR ghosted me again for a whole week After all this time and effort, she finally emailed me with a rejection They were looking for immediate joiners, yet they dragged the process for 45 days! Conclusion: A Disrespectful & Unprofessional Hiring Process Whatfix was my dream company, but after this experience, I won't even suggest anyone to interview there They wasted my time, effort, and energy The whole process was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unprofessional Last-minute cancellations, ghosting candidates, and repeating the same questions? They treated me like a prop they could play with whenever convenient This is NOT how a company should treat candidates! Extremely disappointing experience.

First round OA, followed by two technical interviews and HR at the end. Technical was easy asked basic questions on js, css. Both rounds were for almost 15mins. Difficulty level was easyy.
