Interviews with recruiter and team member. Very disorganized and unclear expectations around role or need. Not sure how they plan to judge candidates if they're not quite sure what they are looking for. If anything, most hires on the team were from management consulting (ex-Bain) so unless you fit that profile absolutely no chance of advancing. Talk about creating diversity and belonging at this org. To top things off, they didn't review the case assignment, rejected immediately after submission. When asked if decision was made based on case study submission, they responded that the team did not review it and that the talent pool had become more competitive. Not sure why that wasn't communicated prior to assigning the case. Too many junior people without prior marketplace experience winging it.
