I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Whereby (Oslo) in Mar 2021
Interview
2 rounds - first interview and then a case that required 3+ hours (compensated) - after putting in 2 rounds of interviews + case i would expect my recruiter to know who I am. When i got the rejection it was obvious she thought I was someone else. They said they had 3 candidates at last round, but i call bs.. Guess they use interviews for getting work tasks done?
There was a screeening interview with a hiring manager first. It was pretty standard. Questions were about my ideal work day, my strong sides, experience with certain technologies, and alignment on expectations.
