I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Which? (London, England) in Jul 2026
Interview
I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager. The selection process was based on 4 questions about how to deal with certain situations, which I thought I answered satisfactorily. The feedback I received was that my answers were too theoretical and should have applied the STAR/STARR method. However this was never mentioned and I don't recall being asked to provide specific examples, even if I offered to. IMHO the interview process could be made clearer and the candidate should be let know if the answers are not providing the information they are after, instead of just closing each with a "thank you for your answer" (I'm paraphrasing here)
