Interview
They have a really long selection process, which, in my opinion, is not the most effective one. Be prepared to repeat two times the same things to different people. First call from HR in English about CV and experiences; second Hangout interview (finally they just called me on the phone, since Internet was not working?) by HR in local language including some questions (not complicated ones) about the future position. Then I was invited for a face-to-face interview at the headquarter in Milan, to get interviewed by managers. The interview was full of tricky questions to test behaviour and personal fit for the proposed job. They said I would have been contacted by HR if I got the offer, but at the end it was clear I was not suitable for them, otherwise they would have offered me the job straight away. I didn't received any thanks email, which is really odd by a multinational.
Colloqui con Hr, e poi con il responsabile della posizione. Si parlava di obiettivi e del ruolo che avrei dovuto svolgere. Svolti da remoto. Molto disponibili e trasparenti, hanno risposto a tutto.

O processo seletivo é extremamente demorado e conta com muitas etapas, incluindo sistemas de seleção online, dinâmicas de grupo e entrevistas individuais. Pode demorar mais de dois meses entre a primeira etapa e a entrevista final, podendo levar ainda mais tempo para receber uma resposta final.
