Applied through my advisor and received a phone call within a week. Went in for an interview in front of three managers. Basic questions like "what do you know about the company" "why do you want to work here" "tell me about a time when...." Received the offer later that day!

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were assigned a task and failed. I had good answers because i've worked on many projects at school and previous internships and jobs. I remember asking them to repeat a question, but that is not a bad thing. It gave me time to collect my thoughts and answer in a professional manner, rather than making something up and fumbling.
Colloqui con Hr, e poi con il responsabile della posizione. Si parlava di obiettivi e del ruolo che avrei dovuto svolgere. Svolti da remoto. Molto disponibili e trasparenti, hanno risposto a tutto.
