I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (London, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
Long interview process - Phone call - Virtual interview - Presentation with a panel of 4 people. Could have been more informative about the position. This was advertised as an entry level role with 1 year exp. The questions and the detail this interview required was more of a senior role than an entry level position. A long and gruelling process that essentially required a 16 slide presentation

Question 1
How do you segment your customer audience?
What can you improve on?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation in Feb 2022
Interview
A recruiter found me and pitched me the role as they saw an interesting career fit. Having worked in the GAFAM bermuda-triangle, she saw me as a good fit. The hiring manager had it written on his face though, that this is not the kind of background he was hoping for. Very knowledgeable person though. The failure of their HR team just further shows that they've sent me an email saying that it was ME who wasn't interested in proceeding further! Quality service should be needed.

Question 1
Marketing and PR flops of the past - what do you know
I applied through university. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation (Milan) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was invited to the Assessment centre in Milan which was very poorly organized. It started with a 45-minute delay (no apology for that from the HRs), and, after a morning dedicated to a group exercise, it transformed into an afternoon spent waiting to be called in for interviews. There was no order, program, or schedule. Some attendees had 2, others 4 interviews. Nobody knew when they were going to be called in; I, personally, had to spend 2 hours staring in one point waiting for something to happen.
What irritated me the most however, was the fact that those of us who were not accepted did not even receive a rejection letter. No rejection, no feedback (even though it was promised!), nothing. I feel like just writing a brief email to the candidate to inform them politely that your decision is negative and to explain why should be the norm after attending an assessment centre. This is not a mere interview; we dedicated all our energy to the AC, only to be ignored.

Question 1
Standard behavioral questions. Describe a situation when.... *you challenged an authority* *you solved a conflict* *you displayed bravery*. And the classic "what are your weaknesses".
