The interview process was very smooth. I was asked relevant questions to my role and was given the room for a mutual discussion. They made sure I was comfortable and gave us feedback at the end of the process.
You are contacted by the recruiter and once you meet, you move on to a 2-person interview. This is with the HR manager and most likely a previous intern who now works for Whirlpool
