Interview with hiring manager was straight forward, mostly around prior roles and transferability. Very light on interpersonal interview questions, there was a panel interview as well with a few people, which gives you a chance to meet the broader team

I got first round interview with the director. I did not even get to answer one question. Just got explained the role for 45 minutes and ran out of time. This was a waste of time.

2 rounds of interview, one with direct manager and director of Field Finance and another with FP&A manager and Sr Manager. The job I interviewed for was Field Finance and it was a very easy and smooth interview process
