      Interview

Waste of time. They ask you to make a task and the recruiter assure you they will analyze the task , you will have time to discuss your implementation with the interviewer in any case. I spent 2 weeks making the best task I could make, during the interview everything look fine and interviewer were happy about the implementation even if it was clear he never looked at the tasks before (he asked me if there were tests, come on there are 150 tests, have you at least spend 2 minutes before the call to not embarrass yourself??) . Then day after automatic mail rejection with no feedback, when asked for a feedback they never provide it.

      Interview

The interview process went smoothly, had meetings with the recruiter, an engineer and 2 managers. Practically all of them were easy going during the interviews. Aside from that, questions about working in a team, conflict resolution and the candidate's mindset were made. For the take-home assignment, the focus is about how you thought it out, not having it made to perfection. Remember that it also shows how you take suggestions and constructive criticism.

Remote first call for 'Platform Developers (Scala/Java)'. Very pleasant and it seems very interesting working there. I'm now in the take-home assignment phase. Fully remote position. You can choose between Scala and Java.
