Interview
It was a 3 step interview- first with the DOR Athena the HR and the administrator. Straight forward interview. Asked about my past experiences, future plans, why this particular setting interested me.
1 preliminary phone call for general questions and 1 interview phone call to review interests, knowledge, qualifications, etc- all remote due to COVID. It was all very easy and comfortable and friendly.
