White & Case interview questions

Basic behavioral questions about managing responsibilities and handling feedback/criticism. Also some questions about interest in becoming a paralegal, if the 2 year commitment is okay, and the type of work environments I prefer to work in

The interview process was great! It revolved around my current skills and my personality. They want to ensure that I fit in the team so they asked about my hobbies and my interests outside of work. As for the technical, they asked me to present an process improvement project. Their questions were easy to understand.
