It had one task followed by 3 interviews .they wouldn't even inform you about the interview results at any stage you need to keep calling them to know whether you are accepted or not.i cleared both the interviews and wasn't informed about the result of the final interview.

Slow. Took 2 weeks to complete process. HR and Team Leader round was fast and good. It was interactive and they were informative and polite. HOD round was a disaster. An HR calls up on a Sunday afternoon and schedules interview within 45mins. The Interviewer didn't turn up and the HR unresponsive to calls. Sat alone on the call for 25 mins clueless of whats going on. After half an hour HR calls apologies that she scheduled the wrong timeslot and reschedules for evening. Manager was 10mins late on call and was patient to hear my answers but was curt about his work expectations. Says you will have to work 14-16hours a day and 7 days a week if you have to get the job done. We only care about performance. In a condescending tone says you should not leave and complain that you cannot manage the work load. I responded assuming its an test and finished the call. After submitting docs was informed a salary offer 2lacs lesser than my current package even though I have done the same job and profile before. I asked for a negotiation but received a regret mail instead. No logical explanation provided to why a less package to a professional with the required experience. The salary offered was less than the advertised budget of 7-9Lacs per annum. Would not recommend to work here if this how they mock candidates.
