Whitesell Group interview questions

Got a phone interview with the executive vice president of the company first, conducted over Teams meeting. Never heard anything back from the company. This interview lasted about 20 minutes.

The interviewing process is pretty straightforward. I was contacted by the engineering manager and we talked on the phone before an in-person interview. The interview lasted about an hour in a conference room with pretty standard questions. they were more interested in how I worked with people than my technical background. After a standard sit down interview, I was given a tour of the facilities and asked more technical questions along the way. I was introduced to the rest of the engineering staff and was able to ask them questions which was very helpful.
