Tell us about a time you handled a situation with a disgruntled customer. What was the scenario and what was the resolution?
You come in to open and notice the work space is a mess, there are holes in the floor where there should be product display, and you got an email from the closers saying it was an easy night with no issues.

Interview was by a three person panel. Interview lasted about 25 minutes. There were a lot of ‘what would you do’ situational questions. There were about 8 - 9 questions total

Went through 3 interviews before promoted and they only take a couple weeks. Use the 2 weeks the posting is open to do your due diligence at your own store and several others! Easiest to be promoted within due to team rapport, department knowledge and store familiarity.
Know your teams labor percentage, weekly sales, what affects margin, and blended margin.
Most questions are situational about leadership style.
