Panel interview with 3-7 people. Be prepared for non stop questions regarding your personal experience, hypothetical situations, goals. They group goes around asking their questions. You have 5 minutes to give an opening statement, questions for 30-45 minutes, closing statement is 5 minutes. Dress somewhere in the middle of casual and formal. Suits are not necessary!! Just dress smart.
