I applied online and initially received a phone call from the hiring manager, who had a first interview with me on the phone, about 2 weeks later. I was then invited in for a 12-person panel interview taking place 3 days later, in which I was asked to prepare a 15-minute presentation. I had my panel interview, gave my presentation and was called by HR the following afternoon.
