Applied online and was contacted for the interview one week later. Was interviewed by two people instead of one, which made me really uncomfortable. The main interviewer seemed to be looking for things to check off (in a negative manner) instead of trying to be personable.

Question 1
Did you bring your resume? Both my resume and a cover letter that I wrote specifically for Whole Foods were included in the online application packet. The interviewer had a copy of that packet, yet he seemed to disregard that and check it off of a list of things I was doing wrong.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
