Internal application. Submitted cover letter, resume and internal application form to Team Leader. Interview was scheduled within two weeks, but kept getting pushed back. Eventually interviewed by 6 person panel 6 weeks later.

Interview
I went in with a bit of a fever, but I was desperate and hadn't gotten a call back in months from other places. I walked in and met the team lead in the sit down section where he was interviewing multiple other people. It was fairly noisy and I wasn't feeling great, but I gave it my best shot and was the only one hired that day!

They asked me if I liked food, what I thought about the general attitude of Whole Foods, and how I worked with people. Some questions about previous, similar experience (I had none) but I had other service jobs like working as a bus driver. I went home after, they called me and asked for a second interview a few hours later, went in, and they hired me.
