There were several rounds of interviews that I had to go through. The first being a phone screen with the recruiter with a few basic experience questions. The second was a recorded interview on Hirevue that asked more situational based questions about my experience. This was then followed up with a panel interview where I was given a challenge questions 4 days prior to prepare. The presentation was an in-depth analysis of 2 different food products and what I thought should be included in a finished good specification. After the panel interview, I had a bonus interview with the senior of the position I applied for to go over more details of my experience.
