Must go through online application and then wait to be contacted by PBS. Then, you have to wait for an email and finish the hiring process via that link. Phone call consists of basic screening questions, then applicant is passed on to immediate supervisor and store management for the nterview.

Question 1
How would you hand a difficult situation involving many customers and team members?
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
