I was referred by an employee at WF. I applied online and got a call the next day for an interview. When I arrived, I was interviewed by the produce manager. The store manager came over during and introduced himself. Everyone was very polite. They kept asking me if I had any other experience besides cashier.

Describe how you will provide excellent customer service to the customer.
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.
