Interview
I went to the customer service booth like I was told and they called for the TL of the front end. We then went upstairs to a conference room. I then had an interview with the TL and a supervisor. The supervisor was pretty quiet the whole time and just listened. They asked really easy questions about customer service and your work experience. Next the manager of the front interviewed me and it was just as easy. He talked about being super positive and happy that's what he was looking for. When asking about salary he asked me what I wanted I said $11 or minimum wage is fine. The TL came back and offered me $12 which kinda through the other guy off but they were fine with it based on my experience. They told me about growth and advancement opportunities!! They made the interview very easy!! Told me to relax because I must have looked a little nervous. It's a really chill ,friendly environment. They also said it was extremely hard to get fired from WF.
