Was very in-depth. Interviewed with 6 different people, 45 minutes to an hour each. Spent 45 minutes with the CEO as well. Shows that they really mean it when they say they invest in their people and that people are their most valuable resource. Took me out to lunch as well for a bit more informal process and to give me the chance to ask about culture, etc.

Whitney in People Ops coordinated the process and was wonderful. Applied 11/19, phone interviewed on 12/6, on-site was on 12/10 from 8:15am-1:30pm with their People Ops team, co-founder, head of engineering, and an engineer. Amazing culture, people, growing company.
