The interview process was four stages. the fist was informal and the second was with the hiring director which again was relatively informal and made it feel more like a conversation rather than an interview.
3rd step was with with a panel COO CEO and others whcih was good and more formal as you can imagine, then the last stage was meeting the team i would be working with if successful.
All in all a very pleasant experience with the hiring manager Brendan keeping me informed at every stage.
