After the initial phone interview I was invited for a second interview at location. We discussed the expectations of the role and so on. The manager didn't have the role outlined in black and white. Previoisly interns would fill this role but by talking with the manager he wanted a more permenate role. I even toured the location. Afterwards I did not hear from them. I sent a follow up email which prompted a rely stating they were still reviewing candidates. I hadn't heard from them ever since.
