The interview mostly focused on me as a person and not my experience or past jobs. They asked for examples about that but it was mostly getting to know me. They said they can train the skills and they are looking for the right culture fit.

I applied through a staffing agency - had a 15-20 minute phone screen the following week with a supervisor - called back for a 45 minute in person interview the following week with the director and a supervisor - called back again for a 45 in person interview with the CEO and Compliance manager the following week.

Interview
Most interviews start with phone screen, I came in during a job fair and had a brief interview on the spot. I moved to the next stage which was a panel style with two interviewers asking me questions. My final round consisted of me meeting with executive leadership over coffee to get familiar with each other.
