While the initial stages of the interview process with Wildfork were positive, including a productive discussion with the Marketing leadership team, the subsequent communication and overall experience fell short of professional expectations.
Following a successful video interview and positive feedback regarding my background alignment, I was informed that Marketing would facilitate the next steps through HR. However, communication ceased abruptly, leaving me with no further information and an overall impression of a disjointed and disrespectful hiring process.
While unforeseen circumstances or alternative candidates are understandable, ghosting leaves a negative and avoidable impact on potential talent. A brief communication, regardless of the outcome, would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for the time invested by interested candidates.
It is recommended that Wildfork reconsider its communication practices within the hiring process to ensure a positive and transparent experience for all applicants.
