Went well but they were late and didn’t seem like they enjoyed their work. They did eventually show up and the zoom call was choppy and disconnected often. I will be going into round 2 of the interview soon.

Interview
There was no phone screening went into the office and spoke once with the manager and then a second interview either ED. Overall the first interview went well but the second interview could have probably been over the phone since the ED seemed too busy

Interview
They used an agency to set up the interview. It seemed like the person who interviewed me already made their decision prior to the interview. They didn't make a real effort to engage and asked routine questions like "what are your strengths and weaknesses" 5 minutes into the interview. When I asked questions at the end, the responses were condescending. It was also done via Skype even though we were less than 1 mile from each other.
