I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wiley (Hoboken, NJ) in Aug 2014
Interview
Met with 4 people - 2 editors I'd be working for, the Senior Assistant, and the product designer. One editor worked off-site so we had a phone interview alone in a conference room. Everyone was very helpful and spoke to me as if I already had the job. They asked questions about my personal life, such as school, what I did for fun, etc.
A short but good interview process, including a call with HR and one with the prospective boss. I was offered the position within a few weeks of starting the application process.

Question 1
What experience do you have with customer service?
Not a formal interview, but an introductory call. Was great to learn about the company and expectations for the role even if it ended up not being the right fit for me.
The interview was quick and not very informational. I felt like I was just some other name to be crossed off the list. They also never told me that I wasn't chosen until after I asked them.
