The company is definitely below average as suggested by its interview process. It’s a complete waste of time and they are so cheap that they won’t even reimburse your travel expenses. They don’t respect your time.

Human Resources, VP Screen, Full Team Virtual interview which included some basic accounting technicals to be prepared for (behavioral ones as well regarding the assumptions you would make about a company’s situation), then a 48 hr Case Study and then In-Person scheduling thereafter.

The interview process includes multiple interviews with a recruiter, with the hiring manager, and members of the team. It also includes a written research report on a company that is presented to the team.

Good and easy, The whole interview is nice. Just a relax talk with each other. Better prepare some of your experience and technical knowledge, it will also include in the interview
