Performance based interview held over Zoom. It was conducted with 4 members of the rehab team and the rehab director, who took turns asking questions. Atmosphere was professional. I had oppurtunity to ask questions of the team afterwards. Did not get the job, went to a canidate with more experiance than I, a new grad.
