The first interview was over the phone, with some pretty standard questions. The in-person interview that followed involved answering such questions as "How have you solved a problem situation in the past?" and "How would you answer someone seeking advice about how to cook a vegetable?"

Interview
HR does an initial interview. Then your name is passed along to a manager who is hiring if they determine you are a good fit.
I was then contacted by the department manager. I had an interview with the manager and assistant manager. They called me that day to offer the job.
