1 hour interview, very professional. Interviewer was friendly and informative via Skype. Was able to provide much firsthand information about the position. Would recommend. I applied and had the interview within a week. I was told to wait at least 2 weeks for a reply, only had to wait 5 days.

How would you deal with a new student who didn’t speak any English?
The interview process was detailed but not too difficult- I learned about the company and was able to ask questions freely. I suggest learning a few Japanese phrases as they will be impressed if you can speak some Japanese during the interview
