Initial phone screening with a recruiter who was super helpful. The second round was with the hiring manager and another individual who were very stiff. I was expecting some technical questions but it was mostly a vocab quiz (i.e. What is a data lake?), and very few situational questions. I'm not sure how they can judge the quality of a candidate based on this, but I received a standard rejection email about a week later.
