I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WinCo Foods in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied online, and received a phone call about 2 weeks later to set up an interview. The whole process is done online. After you are offered a position you are sent an email with instructions on what to do next. You submit your background check, and go to take a drug screening from a list of facilities that is closet to you. This is the first employer who hasn't just done things themselves and told you where to go and when, but either way it's pretty simple.

Question 1
Explain a time you didn't receive "world class" customer service?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WinCo Foods in Dec 2024
Interview
I loved Jamie she was incredible, she wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything, she was there when I needed things after I started, I can say that out of all the people I interacted with for my daily tasks she was the nicest and most understanding.
Was initially interviewed, told I would receive a follow up. I returned the call when I initially missed the call, and the recruiting manager told me I would have to respond by end of day which I did. Heard nothing after that.

Interview
This interview process was pretty basic and easy. I declined because I felt as if the pay was not the best. I was able to get a better paying job else where but this would be a good job if you are looking to pick up a second one.
