While everyone that comes through the doors can't expect a job offer, everyone should have the right to expect us to be prepared, with materials reviewed and questions ready in advance. I'll personally bring this up with my management team in our off site meetings tomorrow, and communicate to the team at large that even a single review that suggests that we'd not be prepared is one too many.
