Very easy and forward, when they need to hire they do it very quickly. At the store location inside a grocery store, there's people walking behind you but the employer is easygoing.
I received a phone call interview about a week after I applied on Indeed. The questions were fairly straightforward, but the hiring manager stated there's a 2 month training period before you start the real work, so as a summer part-time job it's not the best

It was easy, Whatever your experience is, you need to interrelate it with the customer service experience. also, you need to listen to the questions carefully and ask your interviewer to paraphrase, if you don't understand the question initially.
