Bewerbungsverfahren extrem aufwendig, keinerlei Rückmeldung. Erst viele sich mehr oder weniger wiederholende Fragen auf Deutsch und wenn man glaubt, endlich fertig zu sein, kommt das Ganze nochmal auf Englisch. Bei diesem Aufwand wäre eine, wie auch immer geartete, Rückmeldung aus meiner Sicht das mindeste Zeichen für Respekt für den Bewerber gewesen.

First was a coding round on coderbyte. Also had questions on git version control features.
Second and third rounds are team level discussions.
Positions are being gifted to people willing to take risks as it is a startup. Highly inexperienced leaders with minimalistic vision and ideas. People working in the company seem to have an arrogant attitude. Would not recommend joining if your motive is to work with a talented group of people. Highly incompetent.
