I applied as a fresher and was not assigned a specific role initially. During the aptitude test, candidates were asked to select the roles they were interested in, and I chose IT-related roles. The selection process included an aptitude test, followed by two HR rounds. The HR interviews focused on self-introduction, strengths and weaknesses, situational and logical reasoning questions (for example, decision-making scenarios), communication skills, and general background questions. After clearing these rounds, I was invited for further rounds of the selection process. Overall, the interview process has been structured and involves multiple stages

Interview
First round was written test ,it was basically a pen and paper test. It mainly focuses on ur logical thinking.I cleared that round.Next was online Hr Round.
After that Technical round
Process has 2 to 3 rounds. 1st round would be a test generally pen and paper asking logic based questions. 2nd round would be Technical and next HR . Sometimes even though you are rejected after the 1st round in campus placement they would contact you after few months if the headcount is not satisfied , that time you would have 2 rounds . 1 HR and 1 technical.
