Interview
It was a friendly and engaging conversation with the store manager, focusing on different work situations and approaches to problem-solving. The examples were based on real daily store routines, nothing unusual or extreme.

Received phone screen interview (briefly introduced yourself, why you heard from us, availability, etc.) And then approx. 30 mins in person interview with store assistant manager. Waited about a week and got hired.

Was contacted for an interview about 2-3 days after submitting my resume. Process was very simple, discussed with the store manager about typical interview questions. Manager was very friendly and the interview was more like a casual conversation.

Relaxed and friendly. A two-way conversation where the interviewer asked questions while also leaving room for discussion. The interviewer also gave a great explanation of what to expect working there.
