Multiple levels - with immediate reporting manager, VP, HR and /or any other team members. Both phone and face-to-face interview with a structured process and good communication. Face-to-face interview with multiple people was planned well. A chance to meet the team was provided. The office has a open plan with an easy-friendly atmosphere.
