Winsupply interview questions

The interview process is very smooth and quick.I am most quuestions on backend and they have a lot of green screens stuff still.So they are looking for people with similar experience.

It was a panel interview. Stakeholders from multiple teams which the candidate would ultimately work with participated. It was both behavioral and technical all lumped in one. Their focus was less leet code and more communication/whiteboard. Pretty sure they ended up hiring H-1Bs since they have more H-1B hires than they had position listings last year.
