Wire 3 interview questions

I applied a couple times for the CSR role. Took awhile, but I was contact via phone to schedule an interview. I attempted to reach out prior to the interview day to see about rescheduling the time/day and never heard anything back. Kind of surprised with how they seemed to be very interested in me due to my background. Pretty disappointed and not very professional.

The application is sent and reviewed. The interviewer contacted me via text to set up a date and time via an Office Teams Meeting. The process was efficient and well done. The interviewer was personable and easy to communicate with.
