I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wireless Zone (Ellsworth, ME) in Feb 2014
Interview
They ask very basic questions. They make their decision that day pretty much on the spot. You are typically interviewed by two managers very briefly. It is not exactly a high pressure or stressful interview whatsoever.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous employment history, general sales questions. Asked more questions about availability than about qualifications.
Did involve answering how you would handle certain scenarios pertaining to the job. Asked what kind of phone you currently had.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wireless Zone (Sugar Grove, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
easy, went to the starbucks next door and they asked me maybe 5 questions. There were two employees that interviewed me one being the boss of the store. They were very nice guys and I got a long with them quickly
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wireless Zone (Naples, FL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Good interview process. Had 2 interviews. A sick questions about sales. No drug test, minor background check. Seemed a bit too eager to hire new employees with how eager they were to fire the same new employees. Like a revolving door of new co workers. Simple questions during interview although the interviewer seemed quite new to the position.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wireless Zone (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2014
Interview
There was a basic face to face interview in the back room of the store. The interviewer was sursprised that I arrived to the interview in a shirt and tie, and noted that they have a lot of turnover. Not a good first impression.
