Phone conversation with hiring manager with multiple questions regarding previous experiences and how it relates to current job. This is follow up with a phone conversation with human resources regarding the position itself as well as the day to day duties. Finally, multiple site orientation tests are conducted as well as a thorough drug test and background check.

Interview
Took forever. Interviewed in November of one year and didn't get hired until April of the next year. They would call me in and talk to one person, then call me in and talk to the next. Then I wouldn't hear from anyone for months.
