I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Within3 in Oct 2022
Interview
The same issue as anyone else here, 6h test (than can be lowered to 2h if they put a little of effort). and they provide zero feedback. Have been by far the worst interview experience I have been.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Within3 in Aug 2022
Interview
The process took 6 weeks.
The first round is basic behavioural questions. I asked at the end of that round to please do a follow up even in the eventuality that I would not be a good fit. They completely ignored that request as a week after the first round, I had to reach out. Right after reaching out, the second round was scheduled for the next day.
Second round is a mix of behavioural and technical questions of medium difficulty.
After the second round I asked to please do a follow up even if they don't plan to go forward. They ignored that request again as I had to contact them a week later. The day after contacting, I had the technical tests in my emails.
It is specified to please not take more than 4 hours on it. I completed it that evening and I honestly believe that it's impossible to do an ok job on the test in only 4 hours. I took about 5 to 6 hours on it and think I did a good job.
I then had to wait 3 more weeks and reach out twice (once after a week and again after 2 more weeks) before I could get the "we will not be moving forward" with no comments.
The process was then very unpleasant as they don't respect your time enough to do normal follow ups.
I did interviews to similar company size and got a few offers with way more pleasant processes.
Do yourself a favour and interview elsewhere.
