I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wizeline (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Jul 2017
Interview
First, a recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn, sent a Hackerrank assessment (easy one).
Few days later sent to arrange a video call.
She talked to me about the company, their projects and about the hiring process.
She asked about my previous experiences and some behavioral questions eg. Why do you like to reallocate to Mexico? What are your plans for the future? etc.
The next step was 2 technical interviews.
A video call first the interviewer asks about previous experiences. And which programming languages you prefer.
Then sent a Hackerrank link to solve a problem. Average level problems. You can find them in Cracking the code interview book.
The last step, they sent a task gave me about 5 days. Then I had a 6 hours remotely onsite interview with 5 engineers. Discussing my design, and giving challenges related to the task.

Realizo dos entrevistas y un viernes recibo 4 invitaciones para lunes y martes de la siguiente semana. No me explican de que son las entrevistas. El lunes realizo una entrevista técnica con live-coding y no me va bien, seguidamente hago otra entrevista no técnica. Al día siguiente me cancelan las dos entrevistas y pido explicaciones por email ya que ya me había organizado para realizarlas. Recibo un "no fue bien" como respuesta y una invitación a resvervar una call para un feedback. Lamentable profesionalidad.
