      Wokelo.AI's SDET 1 interview process includes three structured rounds (based on my experience), progressively assessing technical and behavioral skills essential for QA/SDET positions. Round Breakdown: Assessment (Round 1): Initial screening test focused on core testing fundamentals, likely including bug identification, basic scenarios, and tools knowledge. Round 2 (Introduction & Technical): Covers self-introduction, day-to-day QA workflows, project-specific questions from your experience, plus bug analysis and scenario-based problems. Round 3 (Advanced Scenarios): Focuses on thoughtful situational questions—like prioritizing tests during tight deadlines or resolving Agile team conflicts—gauging your ability to think critically under pressure.
