This was all for the downtown Minneapolis position.
There were 2 interviews: a phone screening and an in-person interview.
The phone screening was great. Whomever manages talent acquisition at Wold was very personable and easy to talk to. It wasn't difficult to connect to her.
The second interview was in-office. I'm normally not stressed during interviews, but there were many factors adding to the stress of this one.
1.)Since it was downtown Minneapolis, you had to pay for parking in their parking structure, which cost $20 total for only an hour in the building.
2.) The building is secured, which means you have to talk to security to be let up to the floor.
3.) The interview as conducted in a glass room room in front of the lobby. This was BY FAR the most stressful part of this interview. There were constantly people walking past, so it was incredibly distracting and overwhelming to navigate this interview.
Onto the interview itself: It was just ok. The structure was very rigid and corporate. It felt suffocating to me, but I understand that I just wasn't a fit for that role. Be prepared for them to ask follow-up questions after each answer. Questions were almost exclusively behavior questions for this role in particular.
